The UCT is an umbrella trust, providing a new jurisdiction to protect the Community Trusts and their beneficiaries; founded on the principle of Natural Law.
The UPCT covers the area between London M25 and Leicestershire, including Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire Hertfordshire, and parts of Oxfordshire & Cambridgeshire.

Our values are based on creating a peaceful planet on which to live free of debt, lack and a dependence on a corrupt system that only serves a few, who believe they are the elite, when they are really vampires upon humanity.
Everyone who is on this host planet deserves to be free, live in abundance, happiness and be protected from abuse, suppression, manipulation, coercion and threat, without worrying where the next meal is coming from, or how to keep warm.
Our Aims
1) To end crimes against humanity and our host planet
2) Dismantle industries causing harm to humanity and our host planet
3) Dissolve dependence on ‘fossil fuels’
4) Cease other toxic pollution of our host planet
5) Develop Clean Energy Technologies for all UCT members
6) Cease War(s), repudiate allegiances and oaths that are detrimental to humanity
7) Establish a co-operative trade network, promoting self sufficiency with the UCT
8) Nullify judicial proceedings and convictions for victimless ‘crimes’
9) Eradicate scarcity, homelessness, dis-ease
10) Enable abundance, peace, harmony and freedom
11) Replace debt and interest based finance with debt-free system
12) Arrange for member Family Trusts to remove financial obligations in The Public
13) Provide an adjudication service to promote harmony and peace in communities
14) Provide a safe community for those wishing to be a part
Currently we are seeking to contact local farms and other food providers and invite them
to join our ranks, returning them to a sustainable way of farming.
This will provide both the UPCT and other Communities with clean food within the
protection of the UCT.
A local Depository will be set up and manage the distribution of funds and retention of
documents relating to the community.
Each family trust will maintain its own documents, and mentored for six months or until ready.
